Sent my tablet for charge socket repair and was originally impressed with the price and fast turn around. Unfortunately when we got it back the screen wouldn't work (looked like a mistake was made when it was put back together). Anyway, repair-my-device took it back and fixed the screen for no charge so it was all good in the end. I assume this was a one off and i would probably use again.

I am very satisfied! My Samsung galaxy s2 was deemed beyond repair by samsung and a number of their service centres which I went to samsung could not fix their own phone. But, these guys fixed it and recovered my holiday photos! And for a good price. I could not be happier and the phone works well now. Thank you.

I looked at repairing my Asus Transformer cracked screen myself but as I had an early model the replacement glass/digitizer was an uncommon part thus quite a bit more expensive than some of the later models. When I found this site and got a quote for a full postal service repair it was much cheaper than I could even source the part only. I have to admit I was slightly sceptical but the other reviews online gave me a bit of confidence and I posted it special delivery. The next day the status on the website confirmed that the device had been received. I was really pleased when I got my device back, well packaged and courier delivered. It works perfectly now, not a mark on it either. I am really pleased with the service and I have no doubts that if I ever need a phone fixing or similar then I will be using these guys again. Many thanks!

Very quick repair, I posted my Garmin on Wednesday, it was received and fixed on Thursday, and back in the post to me on Friday. Easy to keep track of the status of the repair at every stage, and I now have a sat nav as good as the day it was originally purchased. Would thoroughly recommend this service.
